Who is LeMusique?

As a businesswoman, with a diverse background from IT and other high-tech fields to finance structuring and multimedia entertainment, Andrea LeMusique has proven that creativity can be spread into many genres. In addition to her tech and media savvy, her artistic talents in music, voicing, and radio presentation define other areas of discipline she employs.


Starting out in the industry, as a young child she appeared on Sesame Street and was signed to GNR Records (a small company supported by Aaron Neville) at the age of 12. She was accepted to Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, the school known from the movie “Fame” yet instead chose to complete her studies at Friends Academy in Locust Valley NY. There she received two congressional nominations and was the only African American female to be granted entrance to one of the 5 Federal Academies, The United States Merchant Marine Academy. She majored in Marine Transportation and Maritime Law for undergraduate studies. With a scholarship provided by TSYS, Inc, she completed her studies in mainframe computer programming and computer science, later becoming one of three Configuration Management Specialist for TSYS . There she revolutionized the training program of one of the largest credit distributors in the world. In later years she would go on to head one of the largest debt management facilities in Atlanta Georgia.


Since 1992, she has also pursued her passion for the arts and performance including modeling in the United States and abroad, appearing in two major motion pictures, and the lead actress of “Deceptions”, an off-Broadway play. She was part of Bad Boy Records as a studio singer under the production of Zion Debeatham and continued to work in music as the Midday Diva on WFXE aka Foxie 105 Jams in Columbus Georgia in the early 2000s and the surrounding areas earning #1 Arbitron ratings. She’s been the co-host of three radio shows featuring celebrities such as Lil G from the multiplatinum group, Silk and Dave Tolliver of the platinum R&B group, Men at Large. She’s also had her own show that appeared on iHeart Radio and in New York City and has interviewed countless celebrities and amazing people.


LeMusique was known for being the “Fixer” in the music and entertainment Industries and having a knack for making things happen in record time. Ryda Baby, Trevor N. Holland (from Rugged), Nascar driver Tia Norfleet, multi-platinum artists SILK (BET Awards 2014), MC Delite (from Stetsasonic), the Facebook page "I Discover Stars" that had over 1.2 million fans and others are among her past and present clientele. She has worked in community relations, events consulting, business liaison work and/or PR with MC Hammer, LaShun Pace, Congressman Charles Rangel, the City of New York, the City of Columbus, Chuck "D" (Public Enemy) and RapStation, PolyGram Group Distribution, Sony subsidiaries, her uncle - Han Massaquoi, former Managing Editor of Ebony Magazine and Pulitzer-prize winner, several other corporations, politicians and individuals.


"LeMusique" is a national speaker in both corporate and ministerial settings on such subjects as spirituality, leadership, finances, business, overcoming obstacles, domestic violence, forgiveness, cultural diversity, community leadership, religion, credit restoration, wholesale real estate & many other current topics and needs. She continues to work as an actress, Mistress of Ceremonies, and host as well as consulting entertainment and sports celebrities in areas of PR, business, investments, and public relations. Meanwhile, her community endeavors have even earned her a Proclamation from the Mayor of Columbus, Georgia for a week of Community events and symposiums (to include a star-studded concert in the Civic Center).


More recently, she held the position of the Atlanta Market General Manager for one of the largest radio conglomerates in the country and single-handedly created the concepts and direction of the complete revamping of one of their radio stations to include the name, logo, marketing, and music content. She is currently the President and CEO of the 5-Star rated company, NPR Virtual Solutions providing customer service jobs and solutions to companies and individuals in the USA, UK and Canada for 10 years. Her latest creative endeavor is founder of Wakanda Radio on the global radio network, RapStation, founded by the iconic Chuck D from Public Enemy. Her app, LEMUSIQUE, was designed to give exposure to great people doing great things all over the world and encourage positivity, creativity and entrepreneurship.
